Tropical Date

1 small Banana

3 dried dates

5 T fat-free Vanilla Yogurt

4 Walnut halves

1 T Oat Bran

+- 3 Ice Cubes

Fat-free Milk

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add fat-free milk if a more liquid consistency is required

Berry Kiwi

1 cup Strawberries

1 Kiwi Fruit, peeled

2 T Protein Powder (e.g. Future Life, High Protein)

1 T Linseed

Ice Cubes

Water

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water if a more liquid consistency is required.

Peanut Butter-Licious

1 Apple

2 T Oat Bran

5 T fat-free Milk

5 T fat-free Vanilla Yogurt

1 T sugar and salt-free Peanut Butter (e.g. Black Cat, yellow lid)

Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add fat-free milk if a more liquid consistency is required.
